The car was very nice, smelled new, was very clean, and drove great. Within minutes of driving the vehicle I noticed the gas wasn’t all the way full. I reached out to the host and he said to just return the vehicle at the same fuel level. This wasn’t entirely an issue - I’ve just never rented a car that wasn’t full so this was new to me! The biggest issue was that there was a tech malfunction/issue that prevented me from using the infotainment screen for a few days. That means no music and no navigation. The large infotainment screen was a big reason I booked this car so when I wasn’t able to use it, it was a bit disappointing. I completely understand that this was out of the owners control and he was very responsive during the trip. The only time that the host didn’t respond quickly was when I dropped the car off. I had already “checked out” on the app and it prevented me from seeing the code on the lockbox - I was needing to catch a flight, so after 10 min I hid the keys elsewhere. It was frustrating having to wait, but it could have been prevented if I didn’t finish checking out on the app.
All in all, I wouldn’t mind renting this car again!

I asked her to be able to be dropped off at the Ritz Carlton hotel. They dropped it off at a parking lot nearby. I’m handicap and I had to walk to find the car which made it hard for me and they never told me this is where they were putting it until after it was done and they were gone.
