The car was clean and well-maintained, and this process was so easy. I needed a car for a few days while mine was in the shop, and I chose a Seltos because I may be interested in buying one soon - two birds, one stone. Communication was great and the whole process was way easier than going to the airport or finding a stand alone rental car facility.

No communication. Asked for drop off instructions 18 hours in advance as I had to drop off early to accommodate my flight and got no reply even after reading my message within 5 minutes of me sending it. All communication is automated. Had no idea how to get into Turo specific lot and now it appears that I’ll be asked to pay a fee because I never got a reply
