This was my first time using Turo and it was "okay." I was trying to navigate the experience and understand how everything worked and the host was mostly vague or unresponsive. I don't think that is the way to treat a customer, at the very least provide a response. We had an issue with the car seats I purchased, which was resolved before we got in the vehicle, unfortunately the seat was wet for whatever reason (I never knew why, nor did the host respond to my comment on it), I had to lay a sweater on it to avoid my toddlers clothes from becoming damp. Lastly, I did not know I was responsible to pay for parking garage fees on top of the fees I paid. Again, I inquired about it, and the host simply read my messages and never provided a response. Thankfully Turo support was able to clarify my question on this. Definitely not a 5-star experience, but the vehicle was as described and had no mechanical issues.

A/C did not blow cold. Needs to be recharged. Other than that everything was fine.
