Horrible horrible horrible. Do not ever rent a vehicle from Andre’s. He provided me with wrong directions of where the vehicle was parked and it was storming. I asked him to call me to help me and he didn’t call. I was frantically running around during a thunderstorm at the airport looking for the vehicle. When I finally found it ; it was in a different zone than his instructions stated. Instead of apologizing, he gaslit me and said “I don’t make mistakes” and quickly edited the instructions and sent me a screenshot trying to prove it was my error and that he told me the correct lot not realizing that I screenshotted the instructions prior and it in fact had the incorrect location. It wasn’t until I sent the screenshot and caught him in his lie that he decided to pretend to have some empathy and apologize for the inconvenience and for me getting soaked in the storm. Do not EVER rent from this Andre’s.

We provided vehicle photos and a Google Maps pin to help locate the car, which was delivered on time, clean, fully fueled, and ready for the trip. We regret that this experience fell short of the guest’s expectations.
