Car a/c was not cooling. They took my money anyway. I rented a car directly after this one and the same Texas heat and the A/C was ice cold. Same temp, same time of day. The a/c was blowing warm air and they would not acknowledge this. So they took over 200 dollars from me because I made them come pick the car up 9 miles away as my family member is dying in the icu and I did not have time to drop the car off at the pick up location. I’d give zero stars if I could. Renter beware the a/c blows warm air. They won’t acknowledge this or offer a different car or any type of assistance. Instead they assumed I didn’t know how to put it on max a/c and blamed the weather. Imagine that while it’s this hot. I was dripping sweat on my drive from euless to Colleyville and this wasted precious minutes with my family in the hospital. Crooks straight up. Thanks for taking advantage of me in a time of need while offering no support or solution and just arguing with me. This was a ridiculous experience.

The additional charge was related to the vehicle being picked up at a different location, not the A/C concern. We never intend to take advantage of our guests and always work to provide assistance when an issue is reported.
