Car and communication was great

Working with Juan was easy—communication was smooth, and both pickup and drop-off were seamless.
Unfortunately, the vehicle itself didn’t match the quality shown in the listing photos. The steering wheel was flaky and sticky, which made driving uncomfortable. More importantly, both the front and rear windshield wipers were not working, and we ended up having to drive in the rain without them, which felt unsafe.
There was also an unexpected $23 parking fee right at pickup that wasn’t clearly communicated ahead of time.
Juan seemed like a nice guy and the logistics were handled well, but the condition of the car was a major letdown.
