the car smelt like smoke
I did let you know at the time of drop-off that the previous guest had smoked in the car, and I made an effort to clean it before your trip. I also personally dropped the vehicle off to you as a courtesy, even though I wasn’t required to do so. Since you were in a hurry and didn’t want to wait for a full detailing, I did the best I could with the limited time available. I apologize if any odor or residue remained, but I wanted to be transparent with you about the situation from the beginning.

Thank you for your review. I would like to clarify the concern regarding the tire pressure warning light. The light is not due to low tire pressure; it occasionally appears because the vehicle currently has two different tire brands installed, which can cause the tire pressure monitoring system (TPMS) to register incorrectly. The tires are regularly inspected and maintained to ensure they are properly inflated and safe to drive. Thank you for bringing this to our attention.
