Car was fine, drove a little rough especially at lower speeds around the city and had the check engine light come on but was good enough for our trip. Edward was responsive and car pickup and drop off were easy.

This host is very much running a business, many of the messages are automated/generic, but they tell you what you need to know and he was responsive during the trip. Vehicle was fine, but old and threw a check engine light intermittently during my trip. No mechanical breakdown, but also no plan for a swap and would have been a big issue if I’d been doing more driving.
If “premium fuel only” was made clear before rental I missed it, but the overall price was still a good value. Left my prescription sunglasses in the car and no response despite multiple requests (including as early as on the airport shuttle) to send them to me, which is ultimately on me but still a bummer.

The car worked out great for my family on our trip. Lots of space in the back for bags. Taking the shuttle to the lot to pick up and drop off the car went smoothly. Communication was good throughout the trip.
