Caveat emptor.
Pickup - car was in poor condition - interior was dirty, 1/4 tank of gas, empty coolant, odor, missing floor mats, was asked to refill coolant asap, passenger door window control completely ripped out of door, but loosely set into arm rest.
Trip - engine light came on first day, water leaked into floor when it rained, car over heated first day of travel on busy NJ highway.. Had to refill coolant twice more to reach destination. Finding mechanic and waiting for repair required one full day and reschedule of trip plans. Daniel responded in timely fashion and paid for $800 repair. Car did not overheat again.
Drop off - no problems, was refunded for coolant for which I had receipts, but Daniel did not offer any further refund for inconvenience, and then requested $45 payment for miles I had traveled over the trip limit, though these may well have been driven to and from mechanic to fix his car on my trip.
