This was our first time renting a car on Turo, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Renting from Ilya was seamless—he was professional, friendly, and very easy to communicate with throughout the entire process. Pickup and return were simple and stress-free, and I truly appreciated his flexibility and accommodating nature. When unexpected circumstances required us to return the car earlier than planned, Ilya handled it with understanding and made the adjustment effortless.
The car itself was in great condition—clean, comfortable, and exactly as described in the listing. Driving it made our trip smooth and enjoyable.
