The host was very easy to communicate with. The car was very clean and convenient for my little trip up the mountains

The car did not look like the photos. I could not put the backseats down. It was not completely full of gas when I picked it up. It was dirty, including red onion peels in the very back.
There was a huge snow scraper, a black umbrella, and some cleaner that was left in the very back that was in the way.
I would prefer the ski racks to be taken off for travel.
The car was not wiped down. It was not clean. I had to clean it and it needs a good vacuum.
I contacted the host the woman when I made the reservation to learn about the hybrid aspect and I never got a call back. I finally got on the app to inquire.
I really needed to put the back seats down like it is shown in the photos.
The dash had damage. The car handles are dirty.
The lock box was not easy to manage.
The front seat cover was coming apart on the bottom. The seat covers were hot, not comfortable.
I like to rent a car that’s clean, well taken care of, vacuumed and that looks like the photos.

I checked out a day early and left the car in the parking garage. The woman host said said I had to clean off all the bugs or I would be charged a fee. This was not mentioned in the listing .
In the listing- it said the card does not need to be washed.
I recommend also a nontoxic fragrance free cleaner as the car smelled like a cheap cleaner full of fragrance.

Great hosts! Great communication and was able to have a long extended trip with no issues. The RAV4 is GREAT on gas. Will be booking again in the future 👍
