Very quick and flexible pick up, great communication. Great car overall. My husband and I used this for a last minute trip and it was perfect! So much space and great features in the vehicle great on gas too!!! Will definitely try to rent from Joel again!

Overall, the host was fantastic. However, the car was very dirty upon picking it up. The host did offer a discount, but the car was not in good shape to be rented. If this were just a mechanical failure, I would have more understanding, but this was something that was well within the control of the host. Overall, the house was great, but the car was not in great shape when I picked it up.
