The car was not very clean when I got it. It was advertised as pet friendly but it seems like the host expects the car to be returned completely clean (even though they advertise no cleaning is required). It seems like the host does not expect to clean the car between guests. They got very aggressive after the fact in charging for cleaning. I've used Turo 20+ times and have never experienced someone this aggressive.

The vehicle was provided clean and returned with excessive dog hair throughout the interior and carpet. Pet-friendly does not mean a vehicle can be returned in a condition requiring professional cleaning. Regular cleaning was not enough, so I had to hire a professional detailer. The charge was only for the additional cleaning required. I have before-and-after photos from this trip and am happy to provide them to anyone who has concerns.
Car was exactly what we needed. Communication was great. Would rent this one again.
