Pickup location changed for drop off, which i was fine with. the owner had me drive to his home, drop off time was 7/8am. i had just got to his home, parked the car
The return location was mutually agreed upon, and checkout was completed normally when the guest arrived. This 3-star review was left in retaliation after Turo automatically billed the guest $61.38 for exceeding the trip mileage limit by 198 miles. The guest also repeatedly violated safety policies by driving between 91–94 mph and ignoring multiple safety alerts to slow down.
