We recently ended our reservation and while we are appreciative of the beginning customer service as our trip began unfortunately our experience with the car changed that positivity.
A few things happened:
** kindly note communication is good- he is very timely on his responses.**
- It does not have good push on speed. Has a very slow pick up and brakes aren’t strong enough.
- We had to drive with the windows down during a super hot weekend due to the air conditioner not working well enough. It was small air flows that weren’t helping keeping us cool and just honestly no different than it being completely off. This does include the air being on the highest flow setting- 6.
- While driving with the windows down all of a sudden the fabric from the backseat ceiling dropped from the headliner. We believe due to the heat, it melted the glue keeping it up.
- We picked the car expecting it to be quite decent on gas- it was the complete opposite. It’s a gas guzzler. It does not hold gas well what’s so ever and you will need to fill up quite often so expect to spend quite a lot. Yes we did put the correct gas type in as well.
- CarPlay cord is faulty and does not work well.
