Jude is and was awesome. The whole trip checking in making sure everything's OK and made the trip very easy. The car is fantastic drive 2025 Tesla Y model and you will be searching for one guaranteed thank you Jude for all the support.

This guest had more than 6 reviews from hosts complaining that they smoked in their cars. Turo does not handle smoking claims in a fair way, and smoking causes unsatisfactory trips for subsequent guests. I would have been sabotaging myself by allowing this guest to take my car. I prefer to look out for guests that follow the rules. Thanks.

After dealing with this guest earlier in the day, I no longer felt comfortable working with them. After asking them to reserve with a different host, they declined and booked this car anyway. I decided to cancel the trip to curb further uncomfortable interactions.
