Easy pick up, good communication. However the car wasn't in excellent condition. It wasn't very clean on the outside and some of the inside surfaces were worn and needed a bit more vacuuming. It smelled pretty strongly of smoke, got better after driving with the windows down for a while, but after parking for a while the smell comes back.
The front passenger side window button wasn't working and not fully attached.
The tires have little to no tread left. Fortunately I rented this while there was no rain.

I did not have a good experience with this car despite the location being convenient and the hosts being communicative.
The rear tires are almost bald, and I would not have driven the car had I noticed soon enough. There is little to no tread on most of the tire and I’m glad I was not driving in the rain as this is a serious safety hazard.
- Car vibrates at highway speed, probably misaligned or unbalanced wheels
- Rear wiper does not work
- Passenger window switch does not work
- Trunk button on the fob or trunk door does not work. Minor but very inconvenient.
Overall it’s just not well maintained and not worth renting.
