The entire experience of renting the car through Garrison was easy and comfortable. He was extremely responsive and generously accommodating. The vehicle was in great condition and ran smoothly. I will definitely rent again whenever I’m in Baltimore.

Car was misrepresented as “Performance” but was actually a base tier dual motor. Neither Performance nor Tesla Premium. An overbearing experience.

During the rental, there were recurring issues with Tesla charging payments despite multiple discussions and attempts to find a mutually convenient solution.
