The host was great with communication and you can tell is a very nice person. The car was spotless!
I dislike taking anything from this car as it’s one of my favorite models ever, but the engine gets loud and when you get to higher speeds, the car shakes, which can feel unsafe and isn’t what you want when renting a luxury vehicle.
I got used to the sound by the second day and didn’t have any mechanical or safety issues.
