I rented this 2016 Cadillac Escalade because I was considering owning one. Unfortunately, the vehicle’s condition made the experience concerning. It had a strong cigarette smoke odor, and the ride quality was questionable. While driving, I felt intermittent pulling or hesitation and heard a squealing noise. I could not determine the cause, but those symptoms raised concerns for me about the vehicle’s maintenance and reliability.
I continued using it because I needed transportation. I gave the rental two stars because the experience did help confirm that an Escalade is a vehicle I would like to own. Given the smoke odor and mechanical concerns, however, I would not rent this particular vehicle again.

Rented the car for a local family trip. It was spacious and comfortably handled 4 adults and 3 young kids, along with decent amount of luggage too. Would get it again if i need it
