The car was in excellent condition, and overall we had a great trip with it. Unfortunately, there was an issue with the Supercharger payment method, so we were unable to use Superchargers. We contacted the host in the morning and were told it would be fixed, but the issue remained unresolved until the evening. Since this was unexpected, we had no choice but to change our plans for the day. Aside from this charging issue, the car itself was great and we really enjoyed driving it throughout our trip.

it would have been easier if an adapter was included. just because previous renters have stolen them, it makes the recharging process more inconvenient for the current renter. if they forgot or steal an adapter, charge them for it.
