Jeep was delivered clean and shined up. Not a single issue on our trip to the shore! I will rent from John again!

This would have been a 5 star experience based on the communication, vehicle overall quality, and the ease of pick up and drop up. Unfortunately though, there were a couple of issues during the rental.
When picking up the vehicle we noticed that the side view mirror controls did not work. This wasn’t a big deal because the mirrors were already set in a position that was sufficient.
The interior of the vehicle was clean overall, but had a faint lingering odor of “wacky tobacky” smoke. Again…not a big deal, but definitely noticeable.
Last but not least was getting pulled over by the police at a stop light and informed the tags were suspended due to an overdue emissions test. This could have been a major issue, but luckily the cop was cool and understood our situation. When we informed Turo and the host of this issue they both communicated quickly and apologized for the inconvenience.
Overall the experience was a good one and even though there were issues we would rent from John again.
