It was Everything everyone said in their review of this vehicle. The person we rented it from was Great. The vehicle does have a cracked windshield, the tires are completely bald, theirs rust on the floor board of all doors and I was worried we might Not make it to where we were going But we did and didn't have Any problems thank God! I picked it up with hardly any gas in it so be prepared to go right to the gas station. The vehicle did its job tho and the price was decent. If u don't mind all the flaws I'd recommend this vehicle but the owner should at least get the windshield fixed and replace tires!

I had a terrible experience with this rental car. It was the worst car I have ever rented.
The exterior was filthy and looked like it hadn’t been washed in a long time. The inside smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, and the steering wheel was sticky and unpleasant to touch.
The windshield was cracked, the tires were badly worn, and there was rust in several places. To make matters worse, the gas tank was almost empty when I picked up the car.
This vehicle should never have been rented to a customer in this condition. I would not recommend this rental company based on my experience.

Wasn’t expecting an e85 Flex Fuel vehicle. May have been included in the description but I don’t recall.

The 2013 Expedition got me from point A to point B. It did that job just fine. The downfall is that their was no AC in the vehicle. Tires need replacement. I understand a 13 year old vehicle will not be perfect but AC and good tires are necessities.

Truck ran good. There’s a shake or vibration. The AC doesn’t work and we postponed our return. The air suspension kept saying to check it. It had low tire pressure right away and also needs an oil change. I found a weird thing under the seat as I was exiting. I’m not sure what it is but it was under the drivers seat.
