The registration was expired and I got pulled over. Can not express how unsatisfied I am in this car rental.
Alexander, I sincerely apologize for the frustration this caused. The vehicle had recently been purchased in Texas and was operating on a temporary plate, which unfortunately did not reflect the registration status. Due to a delay in receiving permanent plates, the registration expired before we were notified. We did advise that if any ticket was issued, we would cover it, and the registration was resolved immediately once the vehicle was returned.
