This was a replacement car from the host because the first car I rented from him the tail light was out. He agreed to replace it but never heard anything back from him. After calling customer service I finally received this car the next day making me late for my weekend events and without the unlimited mileage like the first car I had. Informing me later that I had to also pay more for this car. He was inconsiderate of my time, my money and acted as if I had done something wrong to him and I was the one who was pulled over because of his out tail light.

i’m sorry this disrupted your plans. I offered a replacement around 10 p.m. and coordinated with Turo the next morning. Two agents gave conflicting updates about whether you wanted the Toyota. Once confirmed, I delivered my only available replacement. I informed Turo before the swap that it did not include unlimited mileage, and they said that was acceptable. I understand your frustration and regret the inconvenience.
