Jonathan was an incredible host from start to finish. I rented his Tesla Model Y while visiting family near Sacramento, and he was responsive, patient, and incredibly accommodating throughout the entire experience.
During my first evening with the car, the car had a safety notification so I reached out to him about it the following morning. Jonathan responded promptly and even drove all the way from Elk Grove, nearly an hour away, just to personally check the vehicle and make sure everything was okay. He gave me so much patience and grace, understood my heightened concern in the moment, and genuinely went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable and taken care of.
The entire experience, from pickup to checkout, was easy and seamless. I’m incredibly appreciative of Jonathan and the level of care he showed throughout my trip. I visit family in the Sacramento area regularly, and I will absolutely rent from him again whenever I’m back. Highly recommend!
