James’ rental was by far one of the top three best rental cars and experiences I have had the whole time I’ve used Turo. Pickup and drop off was simple, James’ communication during the trip is 5 stars, extending my time was easy and James was accommodating, and the vehicle itself was exactly what my husband and I needed for our anniversary weekend, great on gas as well seeing how high gas is right now. Hopefully James has a vehicle available every time I need to rent one.
