Terrible ! Had the car 2.5 hours before it overheated and stopped on the freeway . Had to wait 5 hours for a tow truck and ruined my entire day/trip.
We’re sorry your trip was interrupted. This was an unexpected mechanical issue that had not presented itself prior to your rental. While vehicle breakdowns can occasionally occur despite regular maintenance, we understand how frustrating it is when it impacts your plans. We responded as quickly as possible once notified and have since had the vehicle inspected and repaired

Host was great. Good, clear, communication. Left it in a great (easy to find) place. The car was responsive and mechanically sound.
Why three stars? Well, I really hate to do this (almost NEVER do), but …
(1) the car had been wrecked in the back (and not really repaired) Obvious signs of an accident and even the “M” had peeled 1/2 off.
(2) the car had also been wrecked on the front passenger corner. Paint was a slightly different color.
(3) it was dirty inside (especially back cargo
(4) the tank was between 3/4 and 7/8 full.
So sorry - this car just needs some very real TLC.

These are used rental vehicles, not brand-new cars, so cosmetic wear and prior repairs can happen with frequent rental use and are reflected in the pricing. I do appreciate the comments regarding cleanliness and will continue improving the vehicle’s presentation for future guests.
