The jeep was great, my husband and I had no issues with it. Pickup and drop off was quick and easy and the host was great at addressing any concerns we had. I appreciate that the host was very understanding because I did accidentally put the wrong drop off time which was not an issue for him at all. If we are ever back in California we would definitely rent this vehicle again!

The host was kind and responsive, however, we rented the car for the week to go from Sacramento to Yosemite and had no idea the car had over 150k miles, the windshield had a huge crack, the window button was lose, half of the AC vents didn’t work during a brutal heat wave, and the brakes made a weird noise as we drive by the edge of the mountains. Needless to say, it was not the best experience.

Jeep has 40 plus trips with guest traveling all across US mileage will reflect that, it’s a reason why we rent and not drive our personal vehicles. Jeep has new brakes and tires less than 60 days old, all invoices inside of glovebox. Also jeep was returned 12 hours prior to your trip with no of these complaints. But mainly this could’ve been communicated, but understandable since the only communication I ever received during your trip was letting me know you were returning jeep late.
