Great car, got us to Tahoe and back safely. No issues. Vishan was very responsive. Thank you!

My recommendation is to AVOID this host and to look for other options.
Issues I had are:
- Vehicle was dirty at pick up (needs to be detailed, stains all over the interior).
- I found leftover trash, a credit card and AirPods.
- Vehicle was clearly not inspected and the host argued with me about my pictures and it got to the point that Turo had to intervene.
- The tired squeaked the whole trip
This was not my first choice of vehicle but my other one canceled the day before my trip so I had to go through with this one even after noticing the condition of the car but if I wasn’t desperate I would’ve canceled. Besides the issues I had, the trip was okay but the vehicle was not prepared to the Turo standard. Pick up and drop off was easy and IF the host detailed the car before me picking it up then this would be a different experience.

We try our best to keep vehicle clean in between trips. Due to the very busy season we don’t get the time for vehicle to go in full detailed condition. Vehicle going into detail shop for a a complete detailing now Thanks for the feedback.

This car ran great! She took us safely into the mountains of Tahoe and tackled snow safely. We had a party of 7 and we were able to pack up all of our luggage, and have room to comfortably get to our destination. Vishan was quick to communicate and provided easy to follow instructions, would absolutely rent again.
