The car was great. Clean and no issues and great communication from the host.

Unfortunately, Nazim’s prior customer damaged his car days before my reservation. Nazim did not make this issue seamless as I had to spend hours and hours on the phone with Turo arranging for a comparable rental at a comparable rate, and even still, I was given a lesser car for the same price. Unfortunately, the car also had a missing fuse box cover, and Nazim was unwilling to address the issue. All else went fine, but this was not the best experience candidly.

Michael’s characterization leaves out important context. Rather than cancel his 100+ day trip, I also spent hours with support to preserve it, providing a lower mileage Soul+ and matching the cost. The “missing fuse cover” involved required tracking equipment installed last minute, again to make his trip happen. I explained this and offered to take the car back. He declined, kept the vehicle for 3 months and remained cordial throughout. I’ll leave readers to reconcile that with this review.
