My experience could be much better, the vehicle wasn't equipped enough as far as having the wheel lock for the wheel due to the fact that I got a flat on the Garden State Parkway around South Jersey, the tow truck guy had to find a way to replace the flat tire with the spare and I had my family with me in the vehicle on the highway because the wheel key for the wheel lock wasn't there......Also, I had to paid for the used tire and unfortunately when the tire people was changing the spare tire for a used decent tire unfortunately they broke a piece of the nut tread because the wheel nut that on there where the wheel lock suppose to be was so tight. I didn't cause no damage to the vehicle whatsoever and I may have to pay for that which I shouldn't due to the fact I have the premier protection for the vehicle......This vehicle cause me unnecessary money, due to the fact that I had to paid for the tow truck driver, gas of course which I know I'm responsible for (no issue there) and paid for a used tire which I should be compensated for......In the end, I'm glad my family is safe and I wish I had a better experience with this rental.
