The pick up, the drop off, and the host was great. However, the car had no heat the whole time and we were in 30-50 degree weather, that’s was disappointing. The brakes were squeaking very loud. We could not hook up our Bluetooth. And a suggestion, most people who are renting a traveling, it would be nice to have a mounted phone holder for those needing to use GPS it’s thoughtful and maybe a car freshener for a nice scent. Overall it was a good price for a last minute rental

car is as described, works, and is clean. since we picked up and dropped off during business hours they met us at the terminal to pick up and return the car which was great.
