Car quality and host were excellent. Car was received in impeccable cleanliness and host Florencio was very communicative and accommodating. Only reason this is not a solid 5 stars is the pickup situation. Having traveled much and used Turo, I was expecting a seemless pickup/drop off situation. Where you simply are given instructions and a code or turo app key to pickup the vehicle. It was not the case. The pickup/dropoff was manual and direct hand off between you and the host. This well could be a Newark Airport issue with no available parking for Turo cars and the like. Not sure. But in interest of being transparent, this has to noted. The drop off which I needed to do earlier than scheduled due to my own error in timing of my flight would up being a stressed time sync with the host having to come much earlier than originally scheduled. He obliged and never gave an issue to accommodating the change. He did his best. And I’m grateful for his excellent customer service. But it much be noted that this is the situation with pickup and dropoff. This way the next person whom reserves knows the setup ahead and plans their time accordingly.
