The bmw was everything it was definitely a smooth ride. The only thing was the Bluetooth wasn’t working so I couldn’t connect my phone but other than that the car was great pick up and drop off was easy so I would definitely book again .

No Bluetooth. It didn’t say that the blue tooth didn’t work in the description. The car kept shutting off while driving

Car sounded like it was going to break at any time. My very first bad review for Turo I actually didn’t drive the car much because of how it sounded, can’t pair your phone and no music. No way to charge your phone. Only thing car was very clean

I want to officially note that the vehicle had multiple mechanical and physical issues from the moment I picked it up. I reported the problems on time and I have photo/video proof showing these issues already existed before my trip. The car had strange engine noises, damaged suspension, a damaged door, a loose front light, the Bluetooth was not working properly, the rear camera was inverted, and the front windshield already had damage.

At this point, I do not want any additional charges or issues related to this trip, especially for pre-existing conditions that were already documented. Honestly, due to the condition of the vehicle, I believe compensation or partial reimbursement would have been more appropriate, but I prefer to close the trip peacefully without further complications.

Complete false advertisement..Bluetooth and aux doesn’t work. Cars Touch screen is after market not bmw. Back seat belt is jammed and left rear door is broken doesn’t open from the inside.
