Great car and service I love the easy pick up/drop off process! The owner was detailed so it made the whole pick up process very smooth Will be booking again!!

Car was not clean upon arrival, made an awful clicking and rattling noise; so bad someone flagged us down making us aware of the noise. We ended up bringing the car back home and renting one from Enterprise. We made the owner aware, which informed us then that the previous person told them the same thing..... Safety should be priority when renting a vehicle but in this case, it wasn't and it was a waste of money.
