I try to look over every policy and detail when it comes to these rentals just to make sure I know and there are no surprises. Well, when I got to the the rental what I think now was the owner of the vehicle was at the RAV 4 to make sure it was good for the next booking but that is not who I thought would be as it shows the owner being some woman in an army uniform. The reason I say that is because in one of the messages that were sent by the owner with instructions had a number to call, I called it because to my surprise I owed $40 for parking upon leaving and I was positive that wasn’t mentioned in any of the descriptions or policies with the rental so of course I was confused and called the number. The owner answered (the man I spoke of earlier) and told me to pay it and it’ll get reimbursed upon showing proof of payment . I felt thrown off because I just didn’t expect to have to pay for parking and I just felt like that was something additional for the customer to do. I guess during the call it got disconnected as I don’t recall hanging up, or maybe the call failed? (I was also busy trying to get this parking paid via QR code and w/ a que behind me) , he calls me and I answer as I’m in the middle of doing this and he tells me I don’t need to be rude for hanging up on him in the middle of talking? I just already was over it by the end of paying and trying to clear it up to him that I didn’t hang up on him and wasn’t being rude as I didn’t intentionally hang up on him. As for the vehicle itself, the trip began with the vehicle not at a full tank , no problem but I did leave it on a full tank as I didn’t want the owner to think that I left it like that
Thank you for review! Sorry that the turo policy is confusing but the guest has to pay for pricing at airport to exit. Then reimbursed. Sometimes $1 sometimes more expensive. All airport parking lots in ELP have parking fees, not something we control. Guest was reimbursed as policy states.
Our team manages our fleet because we have 10 vehicles; sorry that you had to speak to a man on a call.
The gas tank was at 3/4 a tank for 1 day trip. Renter is only required to return gas as received.

Easy pickup, great communication and car was perfect for my needs! Only issue was on the last day, the battery connector caused the car to die randomly a few times, likely due to my air bnb being off a bumpy dirt road. Smooth ride otherwise!
