The car wasn’t super clean. It was only half charged. And it didn’t have very great range.

Brianna is great to work with, prompt and responsive. While the Model Y was clean and offered a smooth ride, it's range is the lowest we've experienced with a Tesla. It's a standard range and yet we never achieved over 180 miles on a full charge. For example, we traveled 50 miles and used half the battery. Since El Paso was not our final destination, the range was not ideal (nor was the 69% charge that we started the trip with). The driving experience is impacted by limits on cruise control speeds and overall max speed, and while the car showed autonomous driving capability, we struggled with getting the feature to work as we have with other Teslas. While I would rent from Brianna again, a long range EV with fewer limitations would better suit our needs.
