I understand the concern regarding pet hair; however, after reviewing the pre-trip photos, only a minimal amount was visible. While I regret that this affected your experience, I don’t believe the overall rating accurately reflects the vehicle’s condition or the otherwise 5-star experience reflected in your ratings. We will evaluate more thoroughly before future trips.
