Thank you for your feedback. I was surprised by the overall 1-star rating, as 4 of 5 categories were rated 5 stars. I understand the concern regarding pet hair; however, after reviewing the pre-trip photos, only a minimal amount was visible. While I regret that this affected your experience, I don’t believe the overall rating accurately reflects the vehicle’s condition or the otherwise 5-star experience reflected in your ratings. We will evaluate more thoroughly before future trips.

Being the first time I used Turo for a rental was a little rough on my end. That was on Turo's process and again in myself. Marasia and Kadin were very patient with me and gave me tips and help me. The vehicle I picked performed perfectly and made our trip comfortable and safe.
I will definitely request additional rentals in the next couple of days for our next trip. Thank you Marasia and Kadin.
