Great vehicle overall. Would definitely use again

The car had terrible tires, they were cut and had worn down to the tread wear indicator. A blow out waiting to happen. The host paid for new tires but I spent 3 hrs at Pep Boys waiting. There were zip ties on the wheels, I was told the zip ties were to prevent a rattling noise. There wasn’t any liquid in the windshield washer container. This vehicle never should have been rented in this unmaintained condition.
After our TRAX was returned and inspected, damage to front end caused the premature wear/damage to front tires. Damage was most likely caused and unreported by previous guest(s). (1) ALL guest have the option to immediately report any issue to TURO and work with TURO to resolve. (2) TURO offers roadside assistance included w/booking (3) Guest chose to work with us on resolving the issue on a Sunday. We truly appreciate her effort and patience with this unfortunate matter.
