⭐ 1 Star – Unsafe & Unprofessional Experience
This vehicle was rented for a long-distance trip and had multiple issues that were not disclosed upfront. At pickup, I had difficulty accessing the vehicle due to app/location issues and received a frustrated, unhelpful response from the co-host, who emphasized they manage 25 vehicles and could not provide additional assistance.
After locating the car, I was only then informed that the tire pressure monitoring system was not working. More concerning, the vehicle did not have a front license plate, which resulted in us being pulled over by a state trooper during our trip. This created significant and unnecessary stress, especially while traveling for a medical-related matter.
When these concerns were reported, the host was dismissive and took over 24 hours to respond, despite the issue involving law enforcement and active safety concerns.
Overall, this experience reflects a lack of professionalism, poor communication, and disregard for basic vehicle compliance and renter safety. I would strongly caution others before renting from this host.
