Thos trip was canceled because the vehicle had been listed as unavailable, but the system did not keep it that way. The vehicle was listed as unavailable for tire replacement that day.

Car worked perfect for what I needed it for, clean and ran smooth. Wish there was a little bit more accommodations when it came to pick up/drop off, but I understand all hosts provide different experiences.
We apologize that your experience was less than stellar. We did not notice any of the issues you had marked off prior to turning over the vehicle. For future accommodations, once we are aware that you'll be getting the car over an hour past the pick up time, we can more easily plan to accommodate your needs. Thank you for renting with us.
