No instructions for pick up location of car but spoke to owner and he promised to make it right and ensured us he would compensate for the miscommunication

The delay was related to the license verification step in the app, which must be completed before we can release pickup instructions. I understand how that can be frustrating, especially with a late-night arrival, and I’ve since added additional reminders to help make the process smoother for future guests.
