Car inside was very dirty. Smelled like smoke and weed. The drive had a weird pick up when u stepped on the gas. Windshield wipers were bad and it was raining so we had a hard time seeing out. This should be priced much lower for what u are getting

CAR HAS 183K MILES AND LOOKS LIKE IT. There is body damage all over the car. The outside of the car was clean minus the damage. I have a video of the damage

NO STARS IF I COULD. VERY TERRIBLE HOST AND TRUCK DOESNT START IN THE MORNING WHEN ITS COLD . I DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL , SAVE YOURSELF AND MONEY BOOK WITH SOMEONE ELSE !!! I LOVE TURO , THIS IS THE WORST HOST ON THIS APP . IM AN AVID USER FOR ABOUT A YEAR NOW , HEED THIS SERIOUSLY .
This vehicle is regularly maintained and inspected. During an extreme 2°F morning, the battery was affected—something that can occur with any vehicle in rare weather conditions. I personally checked the car, extended the trip at a significant discount, and offered refunds for affected days or a replacement vehicle. All resolutions were handled promptly and in line with Turo policy to ensure fairness for all guests.
