Car rattles a lot at idle

The pickup was a bit rocky and we were charged a full additional day to extend the drop off time just 2 & 1/2 hours.
Hi Leslie, you didn't express any difficulty to me with picking up the vehicle but I'm always available if you need help. Turo charges by the day, not the hour, which is standard for the industry. That is not something I have control over.
