The process was easy. No issues with the vehicle. Frank was great. When I'm in town again, I will definitely use Turo service again. A.H.

easy pickup and drop off

Everything was great except I shortened the trip so minusing a couple of days and no refund. Not really fair since airlines cancelled my flight so I loss 2 day. Should have issued a refund.
Ricky •
Ricky, your reservation was booked using Turo's non-refundable discount option, which offers a lower price in exchange for a non-refundable cancellation and modification policy. Because of the booking terms selected at the time of reservation, we were unable to issue a refund for the unused days.
We strive to provide a great experience for every guest and encourage future guests to review the booking terms carefully when choosing between refundable and non-refundable rates.
Great host, easy process, will rent again!
