The car was clean and the pickup/return process was easy. There was a noticeable smoke smell in the vehicle, which the host was aware of. He did offer to reimburse me if I purchased an air freshener, which I appreciated, but I would have preferred the issue to be disclosed and addressed before pickup rather than having to handle it myself during the trip. Otherwise, the vehicle was clean and the experience was fin
