This was my first time using Turo ever, so I probably needed some more handholding than anyone more experienced with the service/app, but communication was great, thorough, and quick! I had a fairly stressful arrival day as it turned out that my flight was canceled with only a couple of hours notice, which left me scrambling for another mode of transportation and Bojan's service was both flexible and impeccable. Advised me on the fact that I could and how to change the pickup location through the Turo app when I found out I would be arriving by ferry rather than plane, and made it incredibly easy and smooth for me to pick up the Jeep even though I had no way of knowing for sure or communicating which ferry I would end up being on, nor which port I would be taking the ferry to until I was actually at the ferry in Woods Hole. I didn't at all expect to have the Jeep ready for me at the new location and would have been completely understanding if I needed to just take a car or taxi service to the original pick-up spot, but was totally grateful and pleasantly surprised that the last minute change could be accommodated. It made my otherwise stressful day of scrambling to figure out how to get to the island thanks to the airline's last-minute cancelation and nonexistent customer service just that much easier. Thanks so much for the great trip! I would not hesitate to rent again and can attest that all the other good reviews are entirely reflective of the great experience and service that Bojan provides. Hopefully, I can come again and take advantage o the beach permit next time! Aside from the amazing service, the Jeep itself is in great condition, very easy to get everything set up with connecting phones/technology/navigation, also has built-in navigation available if needed. The vehicle runs and handles great and the fact that they have it completely outfitted with moisture resistant seat covers and Weathertech floor covers makes SUCH a huge difference with cleanliness and maintenance. Basically felt like driving a brand new car, no weird smells, no smells at all really and absolutely spotless. Probably the cleanest rental car I've ever had, and being that I live in New York City (and thus don't own a personal car) and travel fairly often, I rent A LOT of cars, usually through higher-end, pricier, non-budget agencies (not the cheapest of the cheap rental companies) so I've got pretty high standards. This vehicle and rental experience really far exceeded my expectations. Thank you thank you thank you!
