Quality was fresh like a new car! Host was so nice and responsive! Even through my multiple changes. He is a host who will have your back and tell you how it is! I appreciated Miguel and Wendy. They helped me out when I needed it most!

The car was fine but my experience with the host left a lot to be desired. Miguel is EXTREMELY unresponsive. I sent multiple messages to him that were detrimental to my trip and on both occasions he simply didn't respond until hours later. I find that unacceptable because as a host, you need to respond to communication within a reasonable time frame. I contacted Turo and they too couldn't reach him. Go figure! I would not recommend this host at all.

I must clarify: I sent the exact address and reference photos on time. Despite this, your Uber dropped you at the wrong spot, which is not my responsibility. Regarding the return, you messaged at 3:33 AM for a location change; while I'm alert for emergencies, admin changes must be requested via the app for insurance. I responded as soon as I was active, and you had both mine and my co-host's phone numbers available for any urgent calls. I hope next time you follow Turo's protocols.
Miguel was so gracious, understanding and accommodating! There was a mixup on Turo’s end with addresses to drop off and he immediately assisted to resolve the issue and I was able to continue with my trip without any further issues. Will absolutely be renting from him again!
