Car broke down 10 hours into 3 week trip. Juno was slow to respond (especially when the vehicle broke down) and didn’t reach out to Turo to handle the situation, I had to handle the back and forth between Turo and the tow company. Also swapped out the vehicle I was taking two days before I was set to leave when I had the trip booked a month in advance, claiming there was a tire pressure sensor issue at the time. Claimed to have this car inspected before trip but clearly didn’t. Would not recommend host or this car rental service in general.
My sincere apologies for the inconvenience, it was completely out of my hands as the car was completely inspected by my workshop mechanics before the trip, I replied right away when the guest sent me messages and i also called turo. I swapped the car because maintenance was due on other car and guest had a plan for a 20 days trip, so I wanted to make sure that car he takes on this long trip is completely inspected by my shop, I understand car breakdown is not a good feeling, again my apologies
